Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the steps in the process and walking us step by step from glass rod to finished ornaments. Many other people were working on other projects in the studio and they were all very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in hand crafts or just looking for a new experience.”
