“This is a great family run company. We were promptly picked up from our hotel. Educated on the rental on the drive out to Red Rock. Great instructions on bike usage and trail. They even contacted us the day before event to warn about the weather and gave us an option to back out. We decided to go. The weather was cold, snowing and 60mph wind gust.
