“Not impressed with our limo at all. Our flight arrived on time but clearing immigration and customs took a long time. Our driver hurried us out to the car telling us we were very late and that he didn't have time to take us down the strip and was taking us straight to the hotel. The car was dirty and the interior was falling apart. I was really disappointed as I had booked it as a treat for my dad's and my husband's birthdays, not a great way to start our holiday”

From the communication with the tour operator to ensure there won’t be problems with pick up at the airport to the driver Peter who was so polite and entertained us with new information on Vegas and allowing us to stop at a liquor shop to delivering us to the hotel, everything was splendid! “Terrible. Driver did not speak English in Vegas, drove us around for almost 20 mins going in the wrong direction multiple times until we pointed it out. Tried to debate with me about where my hotel was located on the strip when it was clearly noted in the confirmation. What should have been a simple 15 min ride from airport to Vegas strip turned into 45 mins heading all the way to fremont back to the airport and then finally back to the strip. Requesting refund and will never use again. Do not book this service.”
