The so-called 'professional tour guide' is a guy with a weak command of English, giving mostly trivial information such as 'there is a camp site on the left' or 'there are hiking trails to the right.' Also, all the operators whom we can contact via phone or through the chat system are totally incompetent and provide us with misleading information.”
